- Promoted to RLHF team lead, then to lead product development intern.
- Directed a summer intern team on fine-tuning models with human feedback, with internal systems to track performance, driving a 222% increase in project revenue in two months.
- Led development of Serin, an AI interview and hiring platform.
The aim
Blink Analytics builds AI and data products for other companies, including training language models with human feedback (RLHF). I joined to label data and grade model answers, and stayed to lead.
