Who benefits from mindfulness training, and why.

In progress, through December 2026.

  • Research

What I did

  • Applying interpretable, cross-validated models to longitudinal data to predict who responds to mindfulness treatment.
  • Extending the before-and-after models to data from daily life, to find the participant and practice patterns linked to benefit.
  • Advised by Prof. Kirk Warren Brown and Prof. J. David Creswell.

The aim

Mindfulness training helps some people far more than others. The lab wants to know who, and which ways of practising make the difference.
